We offer assistance through one of two comprehensive programs or through our targeted service modules. You choose the manner in which you work with us according to your needs. While the comprehensive programs and modules fit most of our clients, we recognize that there is no “one size fits all approach” for this process. If neither of these approaches fit your situation, you may request to be billed on an hourly basis.
The Modules provide short-term, specific problem solving. They are designed for families who seek professional insight, advice and assistance for a limited amount of time on a specific topic. Each module includes an appropriate amount of support and counseling. This is noted under “typical time to complete” in the detailed descriptions that follow.
The Comprehensive Programs provide ongoing counseling and project management[1] over a longer time period, typically 9-24 months. See the detailed descriptions at the end of this section. You may start with one or more Modules, then decide to upgrade to either of our Comprehensive Programs. We credit 90% of any amount paid for modules toward the cost of either of the Comprehensive Programs.
